Commercial Parts & Service, Inc. Inks Deal with the Ohio Restaurant Association
CINCINNATI, Ohio -- After several years of operating without a formal arrangement with the Ohio Restaurant
Association (ORA), CPS has recently renewed its membership with the association and begun a year-long
advertising campaign.
“This has always been an important partner of our company and it was time to renew our membership with
them after taking some time to review our marketing obligations and seeing where we need to move
forward,” remarked Steve Sliter, President.
The advertising will run through the ORA’s newsletter: À La Carte. The newsletter prints 8 issues a year and is
sent to over 10,000 industry professionals throughout Ohio. The ad will be 1/3 of a page and will be accompanied
by an article written by CPS.
“The article was important to the agreement,” explained Dan Farmer, Marketing & Sales Manager. “This will
allow us to bring equipment related issues to the forefront and address topics that previously had not been
covered by the publication.”
The ad space has the potential to be shared with manufacturers to cross-promote items. This will allow CPS to
generate revenue from the ad space provided to us and reduce our costs. Already several manufacturer reps
have stated that they were interested in this possibility. A positive move for the future.
Commercial Parts & Service, Inc. has been taking care of Ohio’s commercial kitchen equipment needs since
1972, with offices in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus and branches in Cambridge, Chillicothe, Galion, Lima
