We know getting that crucial part can mean the difference between a fully-functional kitchen and expensive downtime. Our team works hard to make sure you get the parts you need quickly, so you can get back up-and-running and stay that way.

Competitive domestic shipping

We do our best to keep shipping costs low. For all orders, CPS Ohio charges competitive, location-based shipping rates, but for large, bulky, or heavy equipment there may be additional costs involved.

In these cases, we cannot calculate these costs until after the transaction is processed, at which point a CPS Ohio team member will contact you to discuss shipping options and costs, and you can choose to continue or cancel the order, no questions asked.

International shipping

CPS Ohio offers international shipping to most countries worldwide. With any international order, we calculate location-based shipping charges at time of checkout. After your item has been weighed, a CPS Ohio team member will contact you to discuss additional charges and shipping options, and you can choose to continue or cancel the order.

No-hassle returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund.*

Simply contact us at 800.837.8327 within 30 days from the day of delivery. Once your return is inspected and approved (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all non-stock part returns.

*For items with a manufacturer defect or protected under a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. All other returns can be sent to CPS.  Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Electronic parts (defined as any part that passes electricity) may not be returned. Proof of purchase must be presented for a refund. No returns will be accepted after the 30-day timeline. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Special order, custom order, or final sale items are not returnable and not refundable. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise due to defect or warranty.

Frequently asked questions

We try to adhere to our competitive, location-based shipping rates as much as possible. However, some heavy or bulky items may require freight charges. When this is the case, a CPS team member will call you to update you about the change so you can decide if you want to proceed with your order.

In some cases, an item may be on backorder, or if it’s out of stock we work with a partner to help get the correct part. In either instance, you can either wait to receive your item, or cancel for a full refund.

When you purchase on the website, we always send a confirmation email that includes a tracking number you can use to see where your order is in transit. You can also track your order by logging into your account and using the tracking tool.

Absolutely! If your order requires additional shipping costs that you weren’t expecting, you can always choose to cancel your order before it ships and receive a full refund.

We may be able to expedite the shipping, but overnight shipping is not available for international orders.

We process all orders on the next business day. If an item is out of stock, this may increase the processing time. Keep in mind weekends and holidays also affect process times.

We work with a large partner network so we can provide the best selection of parts. When an item isn’t available in our warehouse, our concierge team sources the part for you. Simply add the item to your cart, and at checkout you can fill out a quote request form, at which point a concierge team member will provide a price and shipping quote within one business day.

For security purposes, when you place an online order with CPS, your card is immediately authorized as a pending transaction. However, the charge won’t fully complete until the item is shipped and in transit.

If you’re seeing a pending charge but it seems to be taking longer than expected to receive your item, one of the following situations may have occurred:

  1. We ran into an inventory issue. Our online system registered a part as available, when it is actually on backorder or needs to be sourced from a partner. In this situation, we’ll contact you directly to update you on when you can expect your item, or if the item hasn’t shipped yet, give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
  2. The processing time was delayed. Sometimes a part is in stock, but we run into issues finding or sourcing the item. In this case, call CPS to receive an update or a refund – or, you can wait for the part to be shipped and then use the tracking information to see when you can expect it to arrive.
  3. The item may not have been picked up by the carrier yet. Sometimes items are missed by the carrier, in which case you should keep an eye on your tracking number, which will update as soon as the item is picked up and in transit. Or, if the item is taking too long, call CPS and we can cancel the order if the carrier still hasn’t picked up the item.
  4. An issue with the carrier may have occurred. Occasionally items get lost in transit. Use your tracking number to see where the last location of your item was, and call the carrier to receive an update. If the carrier has lost the item, call CPS and we can help you file an insurance claim for the lost item.
