CPS Year In Review

As 2017 draws to a close, we’re proud to look back at the year we’ve had. This year, we’ve serviced thousands of commercial kitchens, introduced TAP!, which makes getting the OEM parts you need as simple as sending a text, and maintained our commitment to providing each customer with the best possible experience. As the new year approaches, we’d like to share some of our tips with you to make managing your commercial kitchen just a little easier in the coming year.

  1. Plan now
January tends to be a relatively slow month for restaurants. If this is the case for your restaurant, we recommend you take advantage of this brief respite and plan out all of your commercial kitchen regularly scheduled maintenance now. Set reminders for yourself so you’ll suddenly panic and realized you’ve neglected to have your grease trap pumped or your vents cleaned.
  1. Commit to prevention
This year, commit to yourself that you will call a service technician as soon as you begin to notice a problem with any of your commercial kitchen equipment. A funny sound or strange scent could be indicative of a larger problem and, by catching it early, you could prevent the expense of extensive repairs or a complete replacement.
  1. Call CPS

We are Ohio’s leading provider of OEM parts and service for Commercial Kitchen Equipment and the largest CFESA Certified company of our kind in the state.
